Honeywell Pulse can receive alerts from multiple sources. Once users download the app, they can specify the processing criteria that warrants alerts. They can also subscribe/ unsubscribe to alerts at any time to update their preferences.
When users’ specified conditions are met, they receive an alert on their smartphone. Honeywell Pulse also provides timely and relevant information related to the condition, along with the ability for users to act upon it directly through their phones.
Raising awareness of the situation by sharing that particular Pulse with others in the organization
Understanding details by using advanced trending features and/or comparing with historical data
Enabling true collaboration by participating in a threaded conversation that brings forward comments from others
Kick-starting workflows to ensure the organization’s business processes are followed
Using the 'own' button to take ownership of the event such that a single point of resolution is established.
