AccuTest Corrector from Honeywell’s Mercury Instruments is a full featured Mini-AT electronic corrector with an internal expansion board called the Turbine Interface Board (TIB).

The AccuTest Corrector’s TIB accepts high-frequency main and reference rotor signals from the American Meter Company AccuTest turbine meter, and calculates an accuracy value based on its algorithms. This accuracy value is then used by the Mini-AT main board to calculate an accuracy factor that is applied to the total correction factor.

MasterLinkSQL software is the primary interface to the AccuTest Corrector. It also provides live graphing of rotor frequencies, accuracy and flow rate.

The AccuTest Corrector requires power from either an external DC power supply or solar power supply. The standard alkaline receptacle battery pack is used as a battery backup for the DC supply and a rechargeable battery is used for the solar supply.

AccuTest Corrector, with its many configuration and accessories options, is able to configure, calibrate and download data. The corrector meets the needs of hazardous locations (Class 1, Divisions 1 and 2).

Training, maintenance and support are critical aspects to consider when choosing a technology partner. Honeywell offers world-class training through our Automation College as well as comprehensive maintenance and support services designed to leverage your physical and intellectual assets and help you sustain and increase their value and performance over time.
