Electronic Corrector Systems by Honeywell are micro-computers that determine flow correction based on pressure and temperature of natural gas flowing from one point to another.

Electronic Corrector Systems include:

  • EC 350 – Purpose-built, UMB- and rotary-mount electronic volume correctors intended to simplify and optimize custody transfer and industrial measurement

  • Mini-AT – an electronic gas volume corrector for mounting on rotary, turbine and diaphragm meters

  • Turbo Corrector – a fully-featured Mini-AT Electronic Corrector with an internal Turbine Interface Board

  • Turbo Monitor – an electronic device designed to receive inputs from the main and sense rotors of an Auto-Adjust Turbo-Meter (AAT)

  • Mini-Max – a corrector for basic volume measurement and correction

  • Mini-Max Rotary – a Mini-Max electronic gas volume corrector for direct mounting on various rotary meters

  • TCI – an exceptionally accurate index and an ideal replacement for mechanical TC indexes.

Electronic Corrector Systems monitor the flow of natural gas by measuring pressure and temperature. This helps ensure that the volume of gas flowing from one point to another is maintained at a constant rate with minimal variations.

The devices can be controlled by on-the-spot user software or through control room operation. Some devices can easily be operated using internet browsers and also come with optional internal modems or external communication modules. Parameters, constants and limit values can be freely programmed into the system.

By managing the flow correction based on pressure and temperature, Electronic Corrector Systems ensure efficient gas distribution, thereby minimizing waste and loss.

Training, maintenance and support are critical aspects to consider when choosing a technology partner. Honeywell offers world-class training through its Automation College as well as comprehensive maintenance and support services designed to leverage users' physical and intellectual assets and help sustain and increase their value and performance over time.
