The Site Support Specialists and Field Service Engineers are equipped with the added training and skills to meet the day-to-day requirements (system management, upgrades, optimization and general support, measurement and control) of the site. The Site Support Specialist and Field Service Engineer can be one or more full-time resources assigned to one site, or a single resource shared amongst many sites depending on the location, availability and need.
