​Honeywell offers comprehensive support services to help users streamline and optimize the lifecycle of their Small Volume Provers and maximize their return on investments. Its global service and support team provides personalized service and assistance throughout the product lifecycle.

Honeywell offers the following services to support Small Volume Prover users:

  • Configuration, Programming and Calibration Support: for rapid and accurate configuration of the volume prover.

  • Commissioning: Honeywell technicians conduct inspection to ensure installation has been done correctly.

  • Standard Warranty Services: resolve equipment problems diagnosed during the warranty period.

  • Extended Warranty: users can extend warranty period by 1-2 years and enjoy other benefits such as preferential evaluation services.

  • Field and Shop Repair: covers on-site diagnosis and repair.

  • Spare Parts: assist users in finding spare parts, including those that are difficult to procure.

  • Evaluation and Upgrade Support: help extend the life of the provers and upgrade the drive.

  • Training: Honeywell offers training on-site and at its facilities to help users optimize their investments.

Honeywell helps users improve their business performance and protect their investments in its Small Volume Provers with one of the largest global service and support organizations in the industry. This expertise is supported by more than 30 years of process industry experience catering to companies worldwide.

These services are provided on a time and material basis or through a field support contract. Users can request service and support via email or phone. Requests are prioritized on the basis of a number of factors, including criticality of the event, impact on safety and the environment, and contractual response commitments. Additionally, all services rendered are logged and have a detailed service report completed for future reference and support questions.

​Honeywell’s services and support help users start using their Small Volume Provers quickly and minimize troubleshooting delays during initial programming and installation. In addition, they optimize the product performance, capacity and availability, while providing a cost-effective migration path to newer technologies in future.
