​Honeywell’s support program for Quality Control Systems (QCS) helps boost mill operations performance in a whole new way, bringing expertise and technology together to support mills with the right resources and skills at the right time.

The QCS Support Program is a flexible service offering that helps user's optimize the paper machine’s operational performance. The program can be tailored to meet the needs of mill operations and addresses a variety of requirements, whether user's are looking for occasional access to specialized experts, need to augment their existing workforce or want to rely on Honeywell for all their QCS support needs.

Remote services provided under the program enable proactive support and expert troubleshooting. When combined with user's local on-site support team as needed, it provides optimal service delivery. Depending on the situation at hand, user's can rest assured that Honeywell will manage support for their mills in the most efficient and effective manner.​

The QCS Support Program combines the use of remote service technologies with Honeywell’s network of specialized experts and local service teams backed by decades of experience in the pulp, paper and printing industry to help user's increase production capacity and lower costs.

Using its preventive maintenance tool, Honeywell customizes a list of maintenance activities recommended for user's system. A list of activities needed to keep the system running at optimum performance is also outlined. User's can decide the type of service support they require, whether preventive services, corrective services or remote monitoring and what services will be supported by their in-house teams. This due diligence ensures that the service agreement co-created by the user's provides them complete support assurance.​

Honeywell’s QCS Support Program enables user's to choose the services and level of support that best fits their operation and budget. In addition, it ensures up to 75 percent faster response to a problem, making the right experts available quickly and helps reduce overall maintenance costs by as much as 50 percent.​
