From a large portfolio of regulator and valve products, Honeywell has selected the Flagship offerings to cover the majority of our user applications over the entire gas value chain. The advantages of having this Flagship Portfolio is that it allows for faster lead times, and quicker responses to inquiries and request for quotations. The remaining portfolio remains and constitutes one of the key strengths of Honeywell gas solutions and will continue to be sold in home markets.

Honeywell's gas pressure regulators and control/safety valves include, but are not limited to: 
  • HON 512: HON 512 is a rugged gas pressure regulator with excellent regulating dynamics, ideal for non-aggressive gases in gas turbines, transfer stations in gas transport networks for power plants and industrial facilities.  

  • HON R100: The R100 series of high-pressure regulators from Honeywell’s Gorter product line are available for use in gas transmission systems, gas distribution networks and industrial gas pressure regulating systems.

  • HON 530-E: The HON 530-E is a flow control valve with a bubble-tight shut-off, suited for flow and pressure control in gas storage and natural gas networks.

  • HON 530-E WG: Honeywell offers the RMG 530-E WG flow control valve with an electric actuator for electronic flow or pressure control in accordance with the DIN EN 334 standard. It is ideal for feeding gas into and/or withdrawing gas from gas storage facilities and important gas mains.

  • HON C210: The C210S pneumatic control valve from Honeywell’s Gorter product line comprises a single seated globe valve and a pneumatic actuator, and is specifically designed for natural gas applications.

  • HON 711: HON 711 is a safety valve for use in transmission stations in gas networks, as well as in power plants and industrial facilities. 

  • HON HSV086: The HSV086 series from Honeywell’s Gorter product line comprises safety shut-off valves for use in gas transmission systems, gas distribution networks and industrial gas pressure regulating systems.

  • HON 5020: The HON 5020 gas pressure regulator designed for gas pressure reduction service in municipal distribution, gas transmission, and industrial power plant applications. Featuring state-of-the-art external pilot operation for safe and accurate control of outlet pressure, it sets the standard for dependable performance.

  • HON 502: RMG by Honeywell offers RMG 502 gas pressure regulator, which is suited for non-aggressive gases, in transfer stations in gas transport networks of power plants and industrial facilities, and for gas storages.

  • HON 503: HON 503 is a pilot-operated gas pressure regulator with safety shut off valve, ideal for regulating non-aggressive gases at transfer stations in gas transport networks for power plants and industrial facilities.

  • HON 402: HON 402 pilot-operated gas pressure regulator available with a safety shut-off valve (SSV) that is ideal for applications involving a large inlet pressure range. The regulator is ideal for deployment at off take stations in gas transmission centers as well as power plants and industrial facilities.

  • HON 370: HON 370 is a spring loaded; direct acting gas pressure regulator, ideal for off-take stations in gas transmission as well as commercial and industrial facilities.

  • HON 372: HON 372 is a pilot-operated gas pressure regulator, ideal for off-take stations in gas transmission as well as commercial and industrial facilities.
