John Rudolph
President Honeywell Process Solutions

John Rudolph is the President of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), a strategic business unit of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies division. HPS serves industrial customers with leading automation technology, software and services, project management experience, and global engineering and support resources. The company has offices around the globe, serving customers in more than 150 countries.

Mr. Rudolph has more than 25 years of experience in operations, marketing, services, and management, across a wide range of industry verticals including renewables. In his four years at HPS, Mr. Rudolph has served as Vice President and General Manager for the HPS Projects & Automation Solutions business and, prior to that, the HPS Lifecycle Solutions and Services business, giving him a broad and deep perspective about the solutions HPS offers to connect and optimize our customers’ enterprises.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Mr. Rudolph served as Vice President, Project Execution, for TAS Energy. He also held management positions in marketing, sales and services with Ingersoll Rand and General Electric. Mr. Rudolph began his career as a commissioning engineer for global marine and industrial applications in 1989.

Mr. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science in aviation from Purdue University.

 
 
Jason Urso
Vice President and CTO Honeywell Process Solutions

Jason Urso is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), a strategic business unit of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies division. HPS serves industrial customers with leading automation technology, software and services, project management experience, and global engineering and support resources. The company has offices around the globe, serving customers in more than 150 countries.

Mr. Urso brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering, marketing and management to this role, 16 of which have been associated with HPS. In his current role, he is responsible for the design and development of technology solutions for industrial businesses overseeing 1600 engineers and support staff.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Urso was Vice President and General Manager for the HPS Process Measurement and Control business where he focused on profitable growth through improvements in efficiency, organic growth, and by scaling the business through acquisitions.

Mr. Urso also spent many years in the Research and Development part of HPS responsible for the development, design, and architecture of Honeywell platform and application offerings which are the foundation of the substantial installed base of automation solutions established over the last 25 years.

Mr. Urso holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Arizona State University.

 
 


Joe Bastone
Director of Product Management for Experion PKS

Joe is the Director of Product Management for Experion PKS with Honeywell Process Solutions, covering products such as Series-C IO and C300 Controller, Universal Channel Technology, Experion Orion Console, LEAP, and Virtualization solutions. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. Joe has been with Honeywell for 17 years and was named a 2015 Engineering Leader Under 40 by Control Engineering.



Sandeep Chandran
Senior Marketing Director, Honeywell Connected Plant

Sandeep Chandran leads the Technical Solutions Consulting practice within Advanced Solutions, EMEA. Solutions Consultants aims at providing differentiating value to our customers by translating requirements into sustainable solutions.

Prior to this role, Sandeep was the Global Practice Director for Wipro's Resources consulting practice, focused on growth in Americas and Africa. Before joining Wipro, Sandeep was a Management Consultant with Science Applications International Corporation, where he advised clients in the oil & gas sector. Prior to SAIC, Sandeep was with Honeywell, Americas.

Sandeep has an MBA in Finance from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering. Sandeep is based in Dubai, UAE.



Peter DeNicola
Global Technical Leader of Honeywell's Pulp and Paper/Continuous Web Solutions Center of Excellence

Peter leads a global team dedicated to transforming Honeywell's QCS delivery, service and optimization for growth and sustainability. He has been with Honeywell for 33 years and held positions in sales, marketing, product management, product development, and service. Prior to Honeywell Peter worked as an engineer at an integrated paper mill, and over his career he held positions in both technical and managerial roles, serving QCS, DCS, and MES customers. He has a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and is a certified Six Sigma black belt.



Tony Downes
Global Process Safety Advisor for Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies division.

Tony has been involved with process safety since 1979. He launched process safety programs at Bayer Canada and Westlake Group in the U.S., and worked on HSSE and process safety at the corporate level for FMC Corporation and Honeywell.

Adrian Fielding
Global Marketing Director for Integrated Protective Solutions (IPS) and works on Honeywell Process Solutions

Adrian Fielding is the Global Marketing Director for Integrated Protective Solutions (IPS) and works on Honeywell Process Solutions’ global marketing team. He also has responsibility for the Plant & Personal Safety initiative. Adrian has been part of the Global Industrial Safety & Security initiative with Honeywell for more than 12 years. As well as leading the IPS Marketing team, Adrian is responsible for the coordination of Honeywell’s strategic partners, business development and product marketing of key solutions for the protection of large- and medium-sized operations. This includes, but is not limited to: refineries, pipelines, power plants, chemical plants, on- and off-shore facilities, and industrial ports.

Adrian has a strong technical background, which he acquired from 10 years of service as an Avionics Engineer with the Royal Air Force.



Max Gutberlet
Global Gas Marketing Leader Honeywell Process Solutions

Max is responsible as the Global Gas Marketing Leader for Honeywell's PMC Gas Product Range - from EVCs to Ultrasonic and from Rotaries to Gas Quality. Prior to joining Honeywell in May 2016, Max led IT RONs international Gas solution business from 2011 to 2016. His thirty-year career spans multiple industries from newspaper and TV to Formula One and launching satellites into space. He holds an information technology bachelor's degree from University Klagenfurt, Austria.



Vincent Higgins
General Manager Honeywell Connected Plant

Mr. Vincent Higgins is the General Manager at Honeywell Connected Plant, Honeywell’s digital transformation initiative for its customers, where Vincent’s current focus is on the Connected Digital Worker. His expertise in connected technologies brings him to speak at conferences around the globe.

Prior to working at Honeywell, he was the CEO of a technology company that provides advanced digital solutions to industrial customers. Vincent also led a leadership consulting firm, assisting senior executives in organizational effectiveness. He is author of the book “Social Influence and Genius, A Leadership Journey - A Better Future for your Business and the World.”, In the book, Vincent develops an innovative new model for organizational and leadership development.

Vincent has undergraduate degrees in physics and graduate degrees in philosophy and theology. He has lived in several countries, working with corporate leaders and organizations, and speaks several languages.

Marty Israels
Director of Product Marketing, Industrial Cyber Security

Marty Israels is the Director of Product Marketing for Honeywell Process Solutions’ Industrial Cyber Security group. In this role, Marty is responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive the rapid growth of Honeywell's Industrial Cyber Security business for critical infrastructure protection (CIP) and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). He brings more than 20 years of experience in the process industries in various leadership roles focused on software business growth in both startup and corporate environments.

Marty has an MBA from the University of Windsor and a B.A. Degree in Economics from Western University in London, Canada.

Michael Kennelly
Global Business Leader, Pulp & Paper

Michael Kennelly Global Pulp & Paper Business Leader for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). Michael brings twenty-nine years of experience in customer interfacing roles with Honeywell, twenty years in leadership / management positions. Prior to his current role, Michael was the Service Business Manager for HPS Lifecycle Solutions & Service for Central Europe.

Michael holds a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland.

 

Steve Kenny
General Manager of Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS)

Based in Rolle, Switzerland, Steve heads HTS operations in EMEA and has over 20 years’ experience with Honeywell. Previously, he was business leader for Honeywell Sensing and IOT EMEA, and before that, was strategic marketing director for HTS EMEA. Steve holds a degree in Business Economics.

 

Eric Knapp
Chief Engineer and Fellow at Honeywell Industrial Cyber Security

Eric drives advancements in industrial cybersecurity as the leader of the Strategic Innovation Group. Eric is a recognized expert in industrial control systems cyber security. He is the author of “Industrial Network Security: Securing Critical Infrastructure Networks for Smart Grid, SCADA, and Other Industrial Control Systems,” and the co-author of “Applied Cyber Security for Smart Grids.” Eric has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in industrial automation technologies, security information analytics and risk management in both enterprise and industrial networks. He has held technology leadership positions at NitroSecurity, Intel Security/McAfee, and Wurldtech, and is active on numerous industry boards and committees. Eric’s research and development efforts in the areas of industrial cyber security include several patents pending for new cyber security innovations--the result of his never-ending quest to improve the field of industrial cybersecurity.

Tim Lee
Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS)

Tim Lee brings more than 25 years of sales experience in commercial and industrial combustion to the role, 10 of which have been associated with Honeywell after joining the company with the acquisition of Maxon. Prior to his current role, he was General Manager HTS Americas, responsible for the combined Elster Thermal Solutions, Honeywell Commercial Combustion and Maxon’s combustion businesses for the Americas. He also led the integration of the Elster Thermal Solutions business into HTS. Previously, Mr. Lee held a series of sales and business lead roles including senior business line director, sales director and general sales manager. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and mechanics from the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology.



Steve Linton
Director Programs & Contracts LSS Honeywell Process Solutions

Steve Linton is the Global Director of Programs and Contracts in Lifecycle Solutions & Services LSS at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), a strategic business unit of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies division. HPS is a global leader in process automation & software solutions that help industrial customers around the world operate safe, reliable, efficient, and more profitable facilities. HPS offers leading technologies from the plant floor to the boardroom as well as comprehensive lifecycle services that ensure more productive and stable operations. It serves diverse industries including oil & gas, power, utilities, refinery, chemical, pulp & paper, metal & mining, pharmaceutical, automotive, and food & beverage. This nearly $6 billion company has offices around the globe, serving customers in more than 150 countries.

He has worked in the Honeywell service business for +30 years, more than 25 years in various leadership roles. His background in process control and service management has enabled him to work directly and indirectly with many customers helping them develop support strategies that match their market and business requirements of a service provider. He graduated with an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK focusing on customer satisfaction measurement and delivery.



Matthias Maaz
Director for Pharma and Specialty Chemicals

Matthias Maaz is the Director for Pharma and Specialty Chemicals for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) and the General Manager for Honeywell GmbH in Germany.

Mr. Maaz has more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development as well as project and general management. He has been with Honeywell for more than 27 years, joining in 1990 as a Project Manager. Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Competitive Displacement and the Sales Leader for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the latter role, he oversaw sales delivery and support of process systems as well as quality management, advanced and fieldbus solutions across a variety of industrial segments.

Previously, Mr. Maaz held several leadership roles with increasing responsibilities including Leader of Life Science in Germany and Director of Business Development for Life Sciences and Batch Manufacturing in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Maaz holds an engineering degree in automation and process solutions from the Technical University Leipzig.



Steve McGeorge
Director, Offering Management, Process and Automation Systems

Steve is Global Director of Offering Management for Process and Automation Solutions within Honeywell Process Solutions. Offerings within Steve’s scope include: Experion PKS DCS, HIVE and SCADA/RTU including Elevate cloud SCADA solution for distributed assets. Other key portfolio areas include Safety Manager, Terminal Manager and edge-to-edge flat sheet measurement solutions for paper and a wide range of specialty products including films and membranes for lithium ion batteries.

Steve has been focusing on product management, marketing and solution related roles for the past for the past 27 of his 32 years at Honeywell. Prior to that, he was engaged in Systems Engineering and implementation of SCADA systems and specialist network solutions.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of New South Wales and a Post-graduate qualification in software engineering from University of Technology, Sydney. Steve currently resides in Sydney, Australia.

 

Edwin Meijer
General Manager for Smart Energy in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

Edwin is the General Manager for Smart Energy in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this role, he has the overall responsibility for the Gas, Water, Electricity and Connected Utilities business for SME in the region.

Edwin has more than 30 years of Honeywell experience, with more than 15 years in leadership roles. Most recently, he served as the Honeywell Global Integration Leader. Prior to that, Edwin was Senior Director for the Global Project Automation & Solution Engineering organization.

Edwin has done Electrical engineering, computer/information technology and Business Administration at the University of Professional Education in Amsterdam.

 

Marjorie Ochsner
Senior Marketing Manager

Marjorie Ochsner is Senior Marketing Manager for Honeywell Process Solutions. She has been in the process control industry for over 25 years in a variety of marketing, engineering and sales positions. Marjorie has a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

 

Harald Otten
Sales Director Germany, Austria and Switzerland (D-A-CH)

Harald Otten joined Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) in 2019 as Sales Director, serving Germany, Austria and Switzerland (D-A-CH). He has over 30 years of experience in sales, project management, programming and plant design.
Before joining Honeywell, Harald was Head of Sales in the Industry Automation division at ABB Automation Germany as well as Head of Sales for North and East Germany. Previously, he worked in various roles and market segments at G&O, Eltech, Mercedes Benz and Fa.Huskamp. He also served in the German Air Force.
Harald holds a Graduate Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Bremen with a specialization in Automation Technology.

 

 

Ann Perreault
Global Marketing Director, Honeywell Smart Energy

Ann Perreault is the Marketing Director for Honeywell, and has strategic and product roadmap responsibility for the core Honeywell Smart Energy solutions portfolio. This includes; Smart Grid Solutions, Advanced Metering plus the breakthrough innovation strategies for analytics based connected offerings and advanced software solutions. Prior to joining Honeywell, Ann has held strategic marketing and management positions in the energy and retail sector; most recently leading strategic development of the connected home products business within Geek Squad at Best Buy Corp based in Richfield, MN. Prior to working for Best Buy Ann had held a Product Director position at Eaton Cooper Power Systems. While at Best Buy, Ann led the strategic development of an integrated service and product business plan and completed the first phase of implementation. The first phase drove a 20% increase in sales. During her tenure at Eaton she drove strategy and new product innovation for the Cooper Power Systems Demand Response business, successfully launching new products and growth year over year in the business.

 

 

Nick Parker
Vice President and General Manager, Lifecycle Solutions & Services

Nick Parker is the Vice President and General Manager of Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). Nick leads a team that transforms customers’ operations through the deployment of lifecycle solutions that optimize assets and operational productivity. He has deep expertise in the automation in process industries.

He has been with Honeywell for 16 years, in both the LSS and the Project Automation Solutions (PAS) groups. Most recently he was the General Manager for LSS in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before that he was served as Global Programs and Contracts Director and as the Manager of Project Management for the Pacific region. Prior to joining Honeywell, he worked for another global automation company and was a process engineer in the chemicals industry.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a graduate degree in project management.

 

 

Sergey Popov
Technical Solution Consultant, Honeywell Process Solutions

Sergey Popov is the technical solution consultant for HPS-PAS covering several countries of EMEA region, primarily Eastern Europe and CIS. Joined Honeywell in 2014 and has been supporting the sales teams during sales visits, customer conferences, trade fairs, etc. Sergey also provides support for the P&E teams in the region during preparation of proposals. Sergey has over 25 years of work experience in industrial automation business in variety of roles spanning project design engineering, technical support, product management which he played in ABB, Schneider Electric, R. STAHL. Sergey holds an equivalent of Master’s degree in electromechanical engineering with specialization in aircraft control systems from Moscow aviation institute.

 



Elinor Price
Senior Product Marketing Manager
Honeywell Connected Plant, Honeywell Connected Enterprise

Elinor has almost 30 years’ experience in the process and software industries and joined Honeywell Process Solutions in January 2017. She is the Product Marketing Leader for Honeywell Connected Plant. Prior to joining Honeywell, Elinor spent 16 years at Aspen Technology. She started her career at Phillips Petroleum as a Process Engineer.

Elinor holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.



Johan School
Global Safety Systems Product Manager, Honeywell Process Solutions

Johan School is the Global Safety Systems Product Manager and works in the Global Marketing team within Honeywell Process Solutions. He has been with Honeywell for over 25 years and is located at Honeywell’s Safety Centre of Excellence in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. As an active member of national and international standards committees, Johan takes part in developing definitions for international safety standards. Johan is a TÜV certified Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV FSEng) and holds a degree in electrical engineering.

Brendan Sheehan
Senior Director of Marketing

Brendan is Senior Marketing Director for Projects and Automation Solutions as part of Honeywell Process Solutions. Before joining Honeywell, he worked at ExxonMobil in Fawley (U.K.), Yanpet (Saudi Arabia) and KBC in Southampton (U.K.) which became part of Honeywell in 1991. He has over 30 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries working primarily in automation solutions.

Brendan holds a chemical engineering degree from Nottingham University.

Prabhu Soundarrajan
Integrated Solutions Leader at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS)

Prabhu is the head of software and enabled services for Process Measurement and Control (PMC) line of business. Prabu is based in San Jose, California, and leads the software and enabled services transformation for gas, terminals, modular systems and field/process instrumentation in PMC. Prior to joining HPS, Prabhu was leader of Connected Worker Solutions at Honeywell Industrial Safety for five years He joined Honeywell after the acquisition of RAE Systems, a leading provider of wireless gas detection for industrial customers. Prabhu is a chemical engineer with graduate degrees in nanotechnology and business from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also an International Society of Automation executive board member.

Pierre Van Neste
Leads commercialization of the Global Portfolio for Honeywell Connected Plant   Personnel Safety Solutions

Pierre leads commercialization of the global portfolio for Honeywell Connected Plant   Personnel safety solutions. His responsibilities focus on driving business development initiatives with progressive industrial automation, HSSE, and Digital Transformation (IIoT) C-Suite leadership of leading Honeywell industrial customers. Pierre also drives the expansion and adoption of Honeywell's innovative Connected safety solutions to increase productivity, reduce incidents, and help prevent catastrophic events. A pro-active safety innovation evangelist with Honeywell since 2005, Pierre continues to expand Honeywell's safety thought leadership, providing leading-edge Total End User safety solutions and HSSE value-added benefits through technology, globalization, and standardization. Pierre brings to Honeywell a broad global business perspective with more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and technology.

Sam Wilson
Global Product Marketing Manager, Honeywell Industrial Cybersecurity

Sam Wilson is the global product marketing manager responsible for Honeywell’s Secure Media Exchange (SMX) and ICS Shield industrial cybersecurity products. During his 18-year career with the company, Sam has held several leadership positions related to corporate security and IT operations, including four years in Honeywell’s Global Security Risk Assessment team.

Based in Canada, Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Western University, is Six Sigma Black Belt-certified and has obtained various cyber-related certifications with ISC2 and the Cloud Security Alliance, including CISSP and CCSK. He is an active member of the SANS ICS community and strives to bring simplicity to challenging problems.

 
 
Jeff Zindel
Global Cyber Security Business Leader, Honeywell Process Solutions

Jeff Zindel is the global cyber security business leader for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). He is responsible for the business growth and investment strategy for HPS cyber security solutions and services, and leads the Honeywell Industrial Cyber Security organization. Jeff is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience growing technology corporations and successful start-ups. Prior to HPS, Jeff was the vice president of business development and managing director of the Middle East and Africa for Glimmerglass Optical Cyber Solutions, a provider of cyber security solutions for cyber defense, signals intelligence and Big Data analytics.

Previously, Jeff served as senior director of Product Marketing and Strategy at 3Com Corporation. Earlier, Jeff was a senior executive at Website Pros (now Web.com) and Verio Inc. (now an NTT Communications Company) helping grow both companies to realize successful IPOs. Jeff developed growth and market entry strategies as a senior strategy consultant for Gemini Consulting. He has an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle.
